Contest Rules MUTEK & Dieu du Ciel!

Eligibility: This contest is open to residents of Quebec who are 18 years of age or older. One entry per person per social network.

Duration: The contest begins on April 27, 2023, and ends on May 2, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

How to Enter: Participants must comment on MUTEK Montreal's Facebook or Instagram post using one of the following hashtags: #TeamHibiscus, #TeamParadis, #TeamMangue or #TeamLimonade, or corresponding emoji, indicating their choice for the festival's new beer. Participants have a chance to win a weekend pass for the next edition of the festival.

Prize: The prize is a weekend pass for the next edition of the festival. The final value of the prize is $250. The prize cannot be resold or exchanged.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible participants who have commented using one of the above hashtags. The winner will be contacted by direct message on Facebook or Instagram within five days of the end of the contest.

Prize Claim: The winner must respond to the direct message within five days of receipt to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this time, another winner will be randomly selected.

General Conditions: Participants must comply with all applicable rules and regulations, including the terms and conditions of the social networks used to participate. Participation in this contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these rules and regulations. The organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time.

Confidentiality: Personal information provided by participants will only be used for the administration of the contest and will not be shared with third parties without the consent of the participants.

Quebec-Specific Rules: This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in Quebec. In the event of any conflict between Quebec-specific rules and the general rules set out above, the Quebec-specific rules will prevail.
