Editor, new media artist, DIYer, geek, and videographer, Mélanie O'Bomsawin (she/her) works with video in all its forms. Through installations, projections, and documentaries, she explores her connexion to the ones who were there before her and the ones who will come after. Issues of identity, memory, and knowledge transfer are at the center of her practice. Mélanie is of w8banaki (abenaki) and québécois origin and lives in Tiohtià:ke/Mooniyaang/Montréal.
