MUTEK est l'un des festivals préférés de Montréal depuis sa création en 2000, car il renonce aux têtes d'affiche typiquement commerciales pour producteurs et artistes plus underground et moins connus.
Se déroulant dans différents lieux à petite échelle du centre-ville de Montréal, MUTEK présente plus de 75 artistes locaux et internationaux au cours de sa course de cinq jours du 29 mai au 2 juin 2013.
