In collaboration with the art and technology festival MUTEK MX, xpan (Mexican brand of high-fidelity sound systems) presents 12.e, a spherical structure made up of 4 scaffolds that form the first system in Mexico made by hand from scratch for specialization sound and multichannel acousmatic pieces. Throughout the MUTEK week at Casa Versalles, 2 acousmatic concerts will be presented per day where you can listen to a twelve-channel adaptation of the cycle of acousmatic pieces by the Mexican composer Moisés Sacal Hadid.

The 20 pieces presented divided into 2 concerts per day, each lasting approximately one hour and a half, were composed as formal studies on materiality, plasticity and other sculptural and malleable properties that sound has in itself, using DIY hardware. and software for processing the signals that were initially recorded by the composer and finally manipulated to be part of these sound pieces.

When: the concerts will be scheduled every day of the MUTEK week, from November 21 to 27, 2022 at two times per day, 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
