Naila has a bachelor in Musical Composition with Electroacoustic Media from the University of Quilmes. Four albums edited with her ex-band No Lo Soporto and many collaborations with important Argentinian musicians. Today she spends her time programming rhythm machines, synthesizers and samplers for her first solo project, Naiborg.
Musician, composer and producer, Naila Borensztein was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and has lived off music since 2008. She has a bachelor in Musical Composition with Electroacoustic Media from the University of Quilmes. Four albums edited with her ex-band No Lo Soporto and many collaborations achieved with important Argentinian musicians such as Gustavo Cerati. She recorded her first album at Luis Alberto Spinetta’s studio. Won the Clarin revelation award (2007) and the MTV award (2008) for best independent band. She also produced a track with the current producer of Depeche Mode, Kurt Unala, and edited a 7inch acid house vinyl with her band Acid Goonies. Today, Naila spends her time programming rhythm machines, synthesizers and samplers (Roland SH-101, TB-303, TR-808 y Akai MPC1000) with her first solo project, Naiborg. She also produces different contemporary electronic artists and makes incidental music. Naiborg played festivals such as Sonar Buenos Aires, MUTEK Argentina, Recreo (Chile and México) and New Trash. She will be releasing her new productions by the end of this year.
