Somewhere between blistering club pressure and hyperpop futurism lives Zora Jones, an artist who has long operated at the outer limits of sound and visual experimentation.

A DJ, producer, vocalist, and visual artist, she’s helped shape global dancefloor culture for over a decade, offering up immersive electronic experiences and some of the most imaginative visual worlds in recent memory. In 2014, she co-founded the influential Fractal Fantasy label alongside Sinjin Hawke, creating a shape-shifting platform where their interactive experiments came to life. Since then, she’s carved out a singular artistic identity through releases like Vicious Circles on Planet Mu and her 2020 debut album, Ten Billion Angels—11 tracks of ghostly vocals and incisive rhythms marking the culmination of years spent testing the limits of electronic music.

Now, 2026 marks a turning point in her evolution. Following a deeply transformative period, she returns with her first album in five years, slated for release later this year on her newly launched creative platform, Bellyfat. Refining her voice and production approach, she navigates fragility, survival, and defiance in the face of pain, putting forth a more introspective body of work that's still firmly rooted in her enigmatic, club-driven sound.
