Karine CharbonneauCA/QC
Born and raised in Montreal, Karine Charbonneau (she/her) completed studies in Journalism, Anthropology, and Art History at the Université de Montréal in 1997. She has represented and produced the work of several artists in visual and media art in Montreal, Berlin, and Madrid, working in all aspects including photography, film, and event production. She developed her own artistic practice through video scenography, working as a creative and production assistant for a design studio. In 2009, she returned to Montreal to join Antimodular — Rafael Lozano-Hemmer Studio — where she is the Head of Exhibitions and Registrar, developing the various presentations and exhibitions around the world.
