Amplify Digital Arts Initiative connects and empowers an active network of women-identifying artists and professionals working in the digital arts, sound and immersive storytelling sectors in Canada, Latin America, and the UK. Experience again the performances and works from the Distant Arcades exhibition that animated the 21st edition of the MUTEK Festival, in addition to 20 exclusive sound pieces from the Stream On project. All of which is available free of charge, anytime until November 30.

Noviembre Electrónico is one of the main events for the electronic and digital culture of the city of Buenos Aires. Produced by Centro Cultural San Martín since 2012, its ninth edition will take place on November 24-28 with free entrance. Over 60 artists will showcase exhibitions, shows, performances, masterclasses, conferences and other activities focusing on the topics of arts and science crossovers, video games, virtual and augmented reality, music, and robotics.

Somerset House Studios
Somerset House Studios continues its partnership with MUTEK and the British Council on Amplify Digital Arts Initiative, a residency that connects and empowers an active network of women-identifying artists and professionals working in the digital arts, sound and immersive storytelling sectors in Canada, Latin America and the UK.
As part of the residency, we present a selection of digital artworks, some of which were originally presented as part of MUTEK’s virtual exhibition Distant Arcades, alongside live-streamed music performances and artist presentations and discussion exploring how we create art in a time of crisis.
