Cherie Hu is an award-winning writer and researcher focused on innovation in the global music business. She runs the music-tech newsletter and membership community Water & Music, and has also written hundreds of articles for the likes of Billboard, Forbes, NPR Music, Music Business Worldwide, Pitchfork, and Rolling Stone. She has spoken as an expert commentator on CNBC, CGTN America, and SiriusXM; as a guest lecturer at institutions like New York University, Northeastern University, and the University of Oregon; and as a moderator, panellist, or keynoter at over 30 conferences around the world.
