Claire O’Neill (she/her) is the co-founder of A Greener Festival (AGF), which has set the standard for green events, certifying hundreds globally from Glastonbury to Roskilde Festival. AGF delivers sustainable events training and consults with major music and events organisations for sustainability strategy and actions. O'Neill organises the Green Events and Innovations Conference (GEI), established in 2008, which is the key international gathering for the live industry dedicated to sustainability, in partnership with the International Live Music Conference (ILMC). As part of Arcadia Spectacular, O'Neill works as Show Producer and Aerial Performer at Glastonbury Festival and on international Spider Stage tours. Additionally, O'Neill is a director of the not-for-profit arm Arcadia Reach CIC. O'Neill formerly was General Manager of the Association of Independent Festivals, New Media and Licensing Manager at Media Records, and varied live event management roles spanning 15 years.
