Marshmallow Laser Feast (MLF) is a London-based experiential collective operating at the intersection of science, art and technology. MLF’s work illuminates the hidden natural forces that surround us, inviting participants to use their sensory perception to navigate beyond their daily experiences. In these other spaces, the known physical world is removed, revealing networks, processes and systems that are at once sublime, underpinned by research, and fundamental to life on Earth. MLF’s work has been exhibited internationally, including at the Lisbon Triennale, Istanbul Design Biennial, STRP Biennial, New Frontier at the Sundance Film Festival, Storyscapes at Tribeca Film Festival, V&A Museum, Design Museum London, and the Saatchi Gallery.
Marshmallow Laser Feast UK — EVOLVER: Prologue
EVOLVER: Prologue is a VR journey through the inner rhythms of the human body, and an immersive new work directed by Marshmallow Laser Feast, with music by Jonny Greenwood and Elliot Cole featuring Roomful of Teeth. Sponsored by Orange, the piece is a prologue to EVOLVER, a longer-form interactive experience that is a journey of self-discovery tracing the cardiovascular flow through the human body, featuring visuals modeled on medical data from digital-medicine pioneers Fraunhofer MEVIS.
