Riccardo Giovinetto is an Italian visual and multimedia artist, physicist, composer, and university professor. His work spans audio-video performances, installations, and concert compositions, focusing on the interplay between sound and image through real-time manipulation of digital structures. Giovinetto’s innovative approach is showcased in his solo project, F E M I N A, which debuted at the Ars Electronica Festival 2023 and was later presented at L.E.V. Matadero in Madrid.
In 2010, Giovinetto co-founded OZMOTIC, a duo blending electronic and instrumental music, collaborating with philharmonic orchestras and artists like Christian Fennesz and Murcof. OZMOTIC has performed at notable festivals across Europe, including MITO Settembre Musica, State X New Forms, and Nextech, earning recognition for their dynamic and boundary-pushing performances.
