Every year, during the festival, we record the performances to let you relive those unique moments shared on the dance floor. This week, relive three performances from the free outdoor stage, Expérience: Leon Louder, Lowfish et NegoO
Leon Louder
In the commissioned work for the Montréal Insectarium | Espace pour la vie, Leon Louder presented a live performance in four movements, created entirely using sampled sounds of insects.
Lowfish
Premiering at last year's MUTEK, Lowfish's latest live performance combined punishing 808 drums with the Canadian producer's signature synth harmonies and highly-manipulated samples.
NegoO
Thanks to the hype he generated at Moonshine and the notable inclusion of one of his tracks on the SMS For Location vol.5 compilation, NegoO was a logical choice to showcase the Montréal Afrocentric collective’s fevered rhythms and irresistible grooves at MUTEK.
